Lit from Within came out of Amy's own life experience, study, and observations. No matter how successful you are in your career, family, spiritual life, etc., if you do not feel good about yourself, then it is like a dark cloud that covers everything. This is a four-week class that empowers both men and women to utilize practical and mystical methods to achieve beauty and vitality. This class is a unique blend of understanding and utilizing the Laws of Attraction and Manifestation, as well as implementing the practical ways to put these laws into action.

In this four week class, you will identify the limiting beliefs that have kept you from creating the body and the beauty that you desire for yourself. You will identify what you really want, and from that, create an action plan to achieve your goals. You will also learn ways to actively engage in self-love and acceptance, as well as raise your self-esteem. For those of you who have discovered and are fascinated by the movie, The Secret, this is the class for you! Even though the focus of this class is on beauty and self-esteem, the principles taught can be used in any area of your life! Amy's own previous struggle with weight and self-esteem issues, as well as her passion for understanding and utilizing the laws of manifestation, have led her on a path of self-discovery that she delights in sharing with and empowering others.
